All prints are custom made so unfortunately, they are not refundable or exchangeable. If your print or the frame of your print has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box / tube.
